Fast Ways to Get Used Car Financing

by me and the sysop

As time passes more and more people are beginning to consider buying a used car rather than a new car. Though that may be due to a number of reasons, the biggest reason is that most people simply can’t afford to buy a new car or their budget and cannot support the extra burden of new car financing. Purchasing a used car has a number of advantages, one of the biggest being the ability to also get used car financing. Getting used car financing is a pretty manageable job since there are a number of used car financing lenders out there willing to sanction loans to people who meet their rather flexible criteria.

Most people can be eligible for a used car financing loan as long as they are above 18 years of age. People with not so stellar credit history are included as well. People who have filed bankruptcies cannot apply until their bankruptcies are dismissed. Therefore, used car financing is open to almost all people no matter how bad their credit history is. In fact, many people use used car financing after their dilemmas in credit history to rebuild their credit score up from scratch.

Just like other car financing options, used car financing also comes in two main types: secured used car financing and unsecured used car financing. Though an unsecured used car financing may seem like a better option because of the lesser effort it requires, many people fail to notice that an unsecured car financing loan costs a lot more in terms of long-term overall payment. For people with bad credit it is recommended to choose secured used car financing.

A secured used car financing loan produces a lot more trust between the lender and loaner and therefore results in better and lower interest rates. With a little effort like pledging your old car as collateral or giving a modest 10% down you can drastically reduce the interest rates being offered. Even the lender will be willing to consider your payments and negotiate better rates with a secured auto loan.

Remember to shop around and get the market bearing before you settle for a deal. Finding just the right car as well as the lender that offers you the best rates, may seem like a pretty hectic job, but you are sure to find your effort well rewarded.

Five Ways To Benefit From Free Mortgage Loan Calculators

loans calculator
by somersetman

An astonishing 80 per cent of home buyers now conduct at least part of their home search on the Internet. In response to this influx of surfing home buyers, there is now a large number of free mortgage loan calculators available online. All of these calculators share basic core functions and some of them include additional features. But they all can provide valuable insight as you navigate the home mortgage process. Let’s take a look at some of the different types of free mortgage loan calculators available online, and see how we can put them to best use.

Monthly Payments

All free mortgage loan calculators are able to calculate monthly mortgage payments. All you have to do is enter your total mortgage amount and the length of the mortgage, along with the interest rate and the starting date of the mortgage. The calculator will take this information and show you the amount of your monthly mortgage payments.

Some free mortgage loan calculators include an additional feature that will let you calculate the beneficial impact of making extra payments on your mortgage. By entering additional monthly or annual amounts, or adding a one-time payment, you can predict how much earlier your loan pay-off date could occur.

Amortization

Free mortgage loan calculators can also help you figure out your amortization schedule. Whether or not your amortization schedule is based on prepayments, free mortgage loan calculators will help you compute the amount of a monthly payment.

Free mortgage loan calculators determine this by basing their calculations on your data: the principal amount borrowed, loan term, and the annual interest rate. Once the free mortgage loan calculator computes your monthly payment based on this data, you can then create the amortization schedule report.

Bi-Weekly Mortgage

Free mortgage loan calculators can also help you with your bi-weekly mortgage calculations. Making bi-weekly mortgage payments is a relatively painless way to pay additional amounts on your mortgage, saving you interest and shortening the mortgage term. Several free mortgage loan calculators can calculate what your bi-weekly payments will be and show you the amount of interest you will save.

To calculate your bi-weekly payments, total interest, and average interest each bi-weekly period, you will need to input into the free mortgage loan calculator the principal loan balance, the annual interest rate and the amortization. This should be enough for the tool to compute your savings on interest and monthly payments.

Scenarios

Here’s where the free mortgage loan calculators start to get interesting. They help you answer the “what if” questions. You can compare different scenarios to see which course of action leads to the most desirable outcome. For example, you can figure out how the size of your down payment can affect your monthly mortgage payments.

Missing Variable

Free mortgage loan calculators can also help you determine missing variables of a loan. For instance, you can find out how much money you would have to earn in order to afford one.

There are many very good free mortgage loan calculators available online, each equipped with different functions. Just enter “free mortgage loan calculator” in your favorite search engine, and you’ll be rewarded with millions of choices. Explore, compare, and find one you’re comfortable using. It will become your tireless advisor, providing the answers you need for a good home mortgage decision.

An Introduction to Twitter – 6 Ways to Promote Your Business, Organisation Or Club on Twitter

build new busines
by cseeman

About nine months ago I was contacted by a customer who was excited about Twitter and all it had to offer. At the time, I must admit I knew very little about social media: Twitter was simply a name I had read in the paper but I was naive to all it had to offer. I felt like perhaps I had ignored one of the most important new marketing tools on offer and I put Twitter on my list of things to try in the very near future.  I was still a little unsure about tweeting and decided to first give it a go with something which was not business related: my karate club.  I am so happy I did and I am now using it daily in my own business as well.

In my pre-Twitter days, I would keep in touch with my customers as often as possible but it was always a bit worrying that perhaps I was sending one too many e-shots or making a phone call too few. Those days of worry are over. You see, anyone that wants to get updated on what is new on offer simply needs to check out my Twitter page. Before Twitter, I would need to despatch e-shots, brochures etc. Now my information is already distributed! It is there for anyone that wants to read it when they want to read it. They simply need to visit my Twitter page to get up to date fast.

You might ask how this is different to visiting a company’s own website. Can you not put updates there instead? Well, it is a lot different. You see, Twitter only allows you to write short statements of 140 characters or fewer, including a web page link. You need to make your messages short and to the point. This popular social media site is also interactive. I have much more regular contact with my customers, friends, suppliers and even competitors that was every before possible.

So how do you achieve success using Twitter? Try the following five suggestions and you will be well on your way.

Open your free account: This is easy. You simply need to visit http://www.twitter.com and fill in your details along with an email and password.

Look For People to Follow: Twitter has a ‘people finder’ in the top right corner. Look for companies or people you know and press the follow button. The more the merrier. Try to find and follow companies or people you would like to follow you and ultimately do business with you. If the businesses and people you follow are interested in your  products and services they will. This will help create a community of followers: a captive audience if you like of people that are interested in what you have to say.

Make contact with those following you: When people begin to follow you, be sure to make contact with them. Thank them for following you and offer your details again. Something like: “Thank you for following (your company). If you require any information about (your product/s or services) please do not hesitate to contact me”, will do just fine.

Tweet Regularly: Perhaps you could make a habit of tweeting your special of the day every morning with a link to the special on your website or you could introduce your customers to an article you just had published. Try not to make it all about business.  Take an interest in your Twitter community. Think of this as a way to make both business and casual conversation with your online community. If all you do is speak about business all the time, people will soon switch off and stop following you.

Spend time on Building Your Community: After only one month on Twitter, the Google Page Rank of my Twitter page had already gone to PR3. That is fast. The more people that follow you, the higher your Google Page Rank. Links pack to your site could become more significant.

Don’t forget to Advertise You Are on Twitter: In your blogs, articles and of course on your website let the people that matter know where you are. You can also promote your Twitter page on any printed media you may send out. Make sure your customers know where to find you and to keep in touch.

So what are you waiting for? I would love to hear how you get on. You can follow me on Twitter and I will do the same back. We can all learn from each other through this exciting new social media.
